What We Do

74 Local authorities across England have been subject to limitations on new development.  This is due to advice from Natural England regarding high levels of Nitrates and/or Phosphates within the local water course.  

DACE have worked closely with multiple local authorities, RPs and house builders, as well as Natural England, to seek advice on a deliverable and scalable solution to this issue.  Our solution unlocks new development immediately and provides nutrient neutrality.

Our solution can be delivered at scale in each local council area, working with the local authority.  In Kent we are currently releasing credits for over 8,000 new homes to various local authorities.  Our solution also delivers credits within 30 days of us being instructed.  

Our solution is not Wetland based.
